Anuradha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA, holding an MBA in Finance. She is also a Fellow Member of the Emirates Auditors and Accountants Association (EAAA) and holds a Diploma in UAE Corporate Tax from PwC, UAE.
With extensive experience in accounting and finance, She specializes in setting up accounting systems, bookkeeping, financial reporting, internal auditing, external auditing, and tax services. Over the years, she has worked across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, trading, services, and healthcare.
Before founding Masters Accounting, Anuradha spent over 20 years with a leading manufacturing company in Dubai and its subsidiary in the USA, where she led the finance and accounts departments. She also briefly headed operations for the U.S. subsidiary. As a key member of the company’s strategic team, Anuradha played a significant role in the company’s growth, helping it evolve from a local printing press to the largest manufacturer in the MENA region, with a successful expansion into the U.S. market.
In 2020, Anuradha founded Masters Accounting with a passion for delivering trustworthy and reliable services. Drawing on both her formal education and the wealth of knowledge acquired throughout her career, she is dedicated to helping businesses achieve financial clarity and success.

Sangeeta is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost Accountant, with more than three decades of experience as a Company Secretary. She specializes in handling IPOs, IP Rights issues, mergers and demergers, acquisitions, stakeholder meetings, board meetings, incorporations, and corporate law compliance-related works. Sangeeta’s forte is in objectively looking at issues and suggesting scenario-based solutions.
Apart from being an expert in her field, Sangeeta has always made an effort to share her knowledge and expertise with the budding professionals in commerce and business. She has been a visiting lecturer at the ICFAI Business School for the CFA cum MBA course. During her stint there, Sangeeta has also authored two editions of a textbook on economic legislations, where she topics like covered Company Law, Indirect Taxation, and other related, general laws.
During her illustrious career as a Company Secretary, Sangeeta has drafted and vetted agreements like share purchase and joint venture agreements, worked on various facets of capital markets like preferential offers, public issues, GDR, and the issue of bonus shares, convened board meetings and general meetings, and coordinated with government and regulatory bodies like the Registrar of Companies, the Company Law Board, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the RBI.
She possesses industry knowledge of corporate governance, joint ventures, and strategic planning, among others. From drafting claim-building strategies for patents to spearheading restructuring initiatives, Sangeeta has worked with both small firms and big enterprises. She was also tasked with the end-to-end responsibility of managing a high-end hospital project.
Mr. Chaitanya Sreedhara is a CMA and an MBA (Finance) from prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA. He has over 18 years of experience in various facets of accounting and Finance. Having started his career in India, in Construction Industry, as an Accountant and later as a Management Audit officer, he moved into payment disputes resolution role in Back Office Operations of one the largest multinational conglomerates in the world and played an integral part in improving quality process by improving transparency in process.
Mr. Chaitanya’s international exposure, which took-off in 2005 when he moved to UAE to Join the Largest Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company of GCC and 2nd Largest Pharma Company in MENA as Finance Officer has been enriching. He moved on to the Largest IT Solutions partner of UAE for a brief period, working as Accounts Officer – Special Projects and later, moved into Oil and Gas Services Sector.
Working in multiple industries and in diverse roles has helped Mr. Chaitanya become a solution provider, no matter what the problem is. Over these years, in addition to participating in development of Business Strategies, he has gained invaluable experience and expertise in developing and deploying accounting solutions, valuations, analysis and development of internal controls, preparation of SOPs, Financial Feasibility reviews, preparation of Financial Reports and Liaising with auditors, Preparation of Capital Budgets and many more which makes him an allrounder.
